Laird Management is a construction project management office established for design and build construction. The company was founded in January of 2016 to assist our clients to resolve their insurance claims and manage the repair and rebuild of multi-unit buildings (or MUBs) in Canterbury. We work with owners and body corporate managers to develop sound repair solutions and manage projects through to completion. We are also building from new and have a desire to create better buildings and spaces in Canterbury.
As a business, we are agile and have a unique ability to adapt to almost any design or construction Challenge. Every project is individual and we base our recourse and programme to meet the needs of our client.
