Who we are

Steven is Canterbury born and bred. Trained in the family building business by his father along with his two brothers. Steven cut his teeth building architectural homes working his way from the ground up starting as an apprentice Carpenter and becoming Forman.

In 2014 Steven left the family business and took up a role in the Canterbury Home Repair Program. Steven developed a passion for working on the programs more complex claims and became a multi unit specialist supervisor managing a team focusing on multi-unit claims.
Steven has the ability to build and manage teams to archive any construction goal allocating the right people for the right role.

Steven prides himself on his ability to make good decisions under pressure, this skill comes from his experience refereeing division one senior rugby in Canterbury.
